Holly Konrady

My first introduction to yoga, was when I was about eleven years-old. My mother offered classes in one of the larger bedrooms in our house and I was able to roll right out of savasana and into my bed. Today, I find great balance in the addition of yoga to many aspects of my life. As a long term triathlete, yoga has given me focus, inner and outer strength and flexibility critical to performance, but more importantly transferring lessons from working in challenging poses to my daily life.

Holly As a group and personal fitness trainer, National Fitness Consultant for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, certified ACSM fitness leader, teacher of new teachers at Watson School of Education (UNCW), and coach for middle school teachers at D.C. Virgo Middle School, yoga instruction is the latest teaching added to my repertoire of practices. Infusing yoga into my life has created balance, awareness, overall strength, flexibility, and breath to succeed in day-to-day life. This is something that I would like to lead others to discover.
